Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at LevPuro.
Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and any hygiene seal intact.
Hygiene note on shapewear & intimate apparel
For health and hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate apparel can only be returned if they are unworn and the hygiene seal and tags are still intact. We're unable to accept returns of these items once worn, except where the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or unboxing video to levpurostore@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Email levpurostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
Non-returnable situations
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags/packaging
- Used intimate apparel or shapewear (except damaged or defective on arrival)
- Free items from a "Buy 1 Get 1" or bundle offer (the free item must be returned along with the paid item for a refund)
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as above.
