At LevPuro, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We deliver to almost every pincode across India through trusted courier partners.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free across India on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; a small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pincodes may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send tracking details by email and SMS. You can also track any time from the Track Order page.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Occasionally couriers face delays due to weather, festivals, or regional disruptions outside our control. If your order hasn't moved for an unusually long time, write to us and we'll chase it down for you.
