LevPuro currently ships physical products within India only.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Processing may take longer during high demand, supplier delays, public holidays, courier disruption, or address-verification issues.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 3–8 business days for most serviceable Indian locations. Remote or difficult-to-service locations may take longer, usually around 7–12 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. Some products or promotions may include free shipping.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order-tracking method available on the store.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house/building number, street, locality, city, state, PIN code, and reachable phone number. LevPuro is not responsible for delay, return, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the shipment is refused, the order may be returned. Re-shipping, if available, may require additional shipping charges.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, operational issues, public holidays, serviceability limits, or other circumstances beyond LevPuro’s direct control.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos/video of the package and product, and a short explanation of the issue.
